Silk Lantern Wall Lamp

Designed by Ejner Larsen and Aksel Bender Madsen in 1951, the Silk Lantern collection combines Japanese-inspired elegance with the clean lines of Danish modernism. Originally conceived but never produced, the design is brought to life for the first time by GUBI.

Available as a floor, pendant or wall lamp, each version features a cylindrical shade in 100% natural silk, diffusing a soft, atmospheric light. FSC®-certified walnut veneer details and a lacquered steel structure complete the design, creating a refined balance of natural materials and timeless simplicity.
